2. Service Agreements
Services may be offered on:

Twelve (12) Month Agreements
Custom Project Agreements
Setup fees, recurring fees, and project pricing will be outlined before work begins.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, recurring services automatically renew until canceled.
3. Billing and Payments
Customers authorize Local Tech Trends to charge the payment method on file for recurring services.
Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month based on the original signup date.

4. Cancellation
Recurring services may be canceled by providing notice at least 7 days before the next billing date.
Cancellation requests must include:

Failure to cancel before the required notice period may result in the next scheduled payment being processed.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, setup fees and completed work are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests are reviewed individually.
If approved, refunds may be issued on a prorated basis at the sole discretion of Local Tech Trends.

Revenue growth
Return on investment (ROI)
Specific traffic numbers

SEO and digital marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Respond promptly to requests
Supply required content
Maintain legal ownership or permission for all submitted content
Use our services only for lawful purposes
Failure to provide requested materials or approvals may delay project completion.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your original content.
By providing content to Local Tech Trends, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, host, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
You represent that you have the legal right to use all submitted materials.
8. Third-Party Accounts
